Blaine is dedicated to making a college education more affordable and has created the Blaine Barrilleaux Scholarship that will provide $500 to a Louisiana student in need of financial assistance.  Information on the scholarship can be found at https://www.barrilleauxlaw.com/blaine-barrilleaux-scholarship/.  All scholarship submissions must be postmarked by August 14, 2019.
