·         COES Day (Friday, April 12)

o   COES Day is an event for high school students get a glimpse of majors & organizations in the College of Engineering & Science on Tech’s campus. This event is very interactive and allows students to see different aspects of COES. Each group will be led by a COES student, and taken around to different check points on campus. These “check points” are where the students hear from different organizations/majors and learn different principles of the engineering & science world. For example, one group last year got to dip bouncy balls in dry ice and then watch them shatter afterwards. The event will last from 8am-12pm, and has a $10 fee per participant. This fee includes a lunch, and some pretty cool t-shirts. RSVP online here:
